C&M,

Some Dogs have a very negative reaction to a Flea Bite. My Male
Sneakers is sensitive.

Best to take it to a Vet, and get a diagnosis.
But, some of the options are...
An injection of Covenia, an Antibiotic,
GlenHaven A2/N a Dietary Supplement, and
Teraril-P Tablets, a Steroid.
