I agree. If he isn't eating, it is going to go low. If it was just hypoglycemia, Nutrical should cause a big improvement within a few minutes of giving it.

Liver and neuro issues sound much more likely.

I would try to suggest things to feed just until he sees the vet tomorrow, but it sounds like you've tried everything.

Your vet may be talking about a bile acids test to check his liver function. If something is wrong in this area, he may not be eating because food makes these dogs feel sick.
