It sounds like you're doing this long-term, so:

Processed broth probably shouldn't be an ingredient. Even low sodium may be too salty.

After he eats solely homecooked for awhile, you'll be able to see what his wright is doing. Homecooked fed pups usually need quite a bit more volume than what they would eat in kibble because it's full of waer. So you would have to feed more which is when you may see that it really is expensive...

Vitamins and minerals have to be added. The recipe has to be balanced. An unbalanced diet can cause very serious health problems. Usually it is recommended that a veterinary nutritionist does this. There are also a couple websites where you can buy balanced recipes (petdiets.com and balanceit.com). When possible, choose lower fat recipes for Yorkies.

I'm thinking Gizmo is an adult? If this is a pup, only a consult with a nutritionist would do.
