Default Except for the Bandage, it is like it never happened!

Hepburn is still recovering, but so much better. He is playing, although I try to keep him calm and resting like the vet says, we all know how hard that can be... The drain in the wound was pulled yesterday and I finally saw the wound (stitched up of course) for the first time (I refused to see it before yesterday, I was having enough trouble with the image of the attack in my head, I didn't want to add the image of his wound to that). It looks horrendous and it will look bad for a while longer. Hepburn is back to his old self pretty much and wants to be petted and have his bandage rubbed a lot (the stitches are pretty itchy I guess). He even made his sunday trip to the junk market around the corner today and got extra loving from his friends there. We go back on tuesday for a bandage change, friday for a bandage change and a week from tomorrow to get the stitches pulled. They are concerned about one part of the wound that it might have healing problems, but so far it looks great and the vet was surprised at how well it has healed thus far.
