Where I live, I would expect xrays to be included. If not, a full mouth set would run between $90-$125. I think xrays are important bc they can detect early onset of tooth decay which can then be repaired whereas if you wait, the tooth would have to be extracted (by the time it becomes visible to the naked eye). Also if a tooth is beginning to abcess it will show early on in an xray, as abcesses can be very painful and the resulting infection can be life threatening.
