Generally the dogs needs a basic obedience course - like sit, stay, down and heel stuff. The dog needs to be calm, friendly, not mind being petted, touched, not easily startled, etc. The Red Cross in some areas offers a course. Petsmart in some areas offers a program, too. Most dog training clubs offer a program, too. Delta Society offers a course, too. |
