I don't think either of these things are the breeder's fault. Baby teeth not falling out is VERY common with Yorkies - the vet can just pull them, this isn't a defect. Also, my breeder told me that yorkies's testicles can take up to a year to drop. I think maybe you're being a little too quick to blame the breeder - and a lawsuit?!?! I think that is absolutely ridiculous. JMHO...
