Well, she says she's "wanting a Yorkie," but also states "have a breeder lined up," so in retrospect I'm not sure what she is looking for. I took it as she is getting a Yorkie from a US breeder and wants to figure out how to get it into the Mexico, which is why I asked if she decided not to get puppies from the guy who keeps putting her off.
Maybe the OP can clarify.
