$1,000 is the going rate around me for a pet male Yorkie so it really depends. Two out of four of my Yorkies had their double teeth pulled during their cleaning and happens a LOT in the small breed dogs. My vet likes to wait until 1 year to see if they will fall out on thier own OR wait for the cleaning. I personally wouldn't ask for money back for a teste not descending same as I wouldn't ask for money back if my female doesn't show well. Just me though...
