Question After Vet Visit

We took Roxie to the vet yesterday for her heart worm test, Bordetella shot, and Lyme vaccine. We came home, I gave her a bath, she ate her dinner and seemed OK (just a little tired). Right before bed we took her out and she pooed. Well, when I got up this morning, she had pooed again - a big poo - in the front hallway. That's not like her at all. She seems to be walking very slowly and a little hunched over. Is this normal after having those shots? Was it just too much for her?

The other thing is that her weight dropped from 7.2 to 6.4 since her last visit...which was only in March when she had the bacterial infection. That seems like a big drop to me in such a short amount of time, but the vet didn't seem concerned. We have had her on weight control food for a few months because of her LP, but we hadn't seen any real results until now. The vet said she is at a good weight now...but I have no idea how to keep her there. If I change her food again, I'm sure she will gain the weight back. Suggestions?
