i'd actually never heard of one for a dog either but romeo would chew on the tags of everything..
i knew that they made these for actual babies so i figured SOMEONE had to make one for dogs and i just searched it on ebay and found one.
he loves just dragging it around by the tags, playing tug of war with it, and just laying on it.
