I can make some guesses about knowing him on a personal level. Is this website really honoring him and the line or are these people capitalizing on his reputation (for being a good Yorkie breeder
)? It doesn't seem right to try to gather breeders that have even just 1/4 Parquin Yorkie to try to perpetuate the line, but I wonder if he would find it flattering or appalling.
