You can get his teeth pulled out. I have read on here alot where that has happened. As far as his testicles go, I would wait a little longer for that. Did your breeder give you any kind of refund aggreement or guarantee. If not, I bet you might have a hard time getting any money back because his testicles haven't dropped. I am by no means any kind of expert, just putting in my opinion. I am sure there are tons more people on here with way more experience, maybe they will help.
