I purchased a small yorkie for $1000 for my wife with intentions of breeding. He is now 6 months and his testicles have not dropped. His teeth are also doubled up (like a shark) and both (one layer of teeth and testicles) will have to be removed.

Should I ask for some money back? What sounds fair?

Should he have lost his teeth by now? And what about his testicles? Is it possible that they will still drop?
