It doesn't concern you that she was studing to a female from a breeder that didn't care for the dogs? Reputable breeders are generally very picky about who they allow their dogs to breed with. If they are going to put their time, money and reputation on the line, they want to make sure that their breeding partners are equally as committed.
Sorry, but that is a huge, huge flag to me.
