She was 1.8 lbs when I got her. I took her to my vets and they saw no problems, just said she was going to be small. She might have had underlying issues because she was bred using Twilas male dog and another breeders female. The other lady wasnt caring for the puppies OR the mother, all the other puppies died except for Sassie, so instead of taking payment for using her male dog, Twila opted to take pick of the litter, and took Sassie, whom she hand fed. Yes, she was on the small side (not my choice, my other yorkies were 12lb and 8 lbs) but it was the only female. She also took Sassie from this lady because the lady mentioned she was going to breed her and Twila was adament with me that I not breed her because she was too little, and her vet stated not to get her fixed due to she was too little to go under anesthesia, so yes, she could of had issues from birth being she was the smallest, but Twila made me well aware. The point Im making I guess is someone mentioned her health guarantee was questionable. And I just wanted to let you know she was true to her word and she replaced her when she had another female. Scarlett is healthy and happy. Vet thinks she will be 5 lbs by adulthood. With my own personal dealings with her, I would buy from her again.
