I think we are losing perspective here... It doesn't matter about the price anymore.
This is a SCAM. I wouldn't trust him at all. He doesn't return calls, isn't there when he is supposed to be. Sounds like a puppy broker dealing with stolen dogs. Sounds like a movie I saw once where it was babies not puppies. RUN
