I took Ruby in to the vet today because I felt an abccess on her side , well in turn out to be her microship. So I felt great. Then I ask to have her ears checked and they put a scope in there and deep inside they were really dirty and worse of all she had ear mites. I feel really horrible and guilty how did thid happen, how did I allow this to happen. I promise I clean her ears everytime she gets bathe with alchohol cotton and a cotton swab. I just don't understand. I feel like crying . I am such I bad pet owner.
