I recently got a new pet carrier from Shana at Tinkerbell's Closet and I love it so much and so does Maddie! I just did a thread on Products and reviews with pictures and a link. Here's that thread: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26631

I have used carriers for Maddie since she was a pup, so she got used to it at a young age and I think she feels secure in her carrier.
