Its hard to get a purebred down here in Mexico and my neighbor recommended us to him thats why we know he's good. Their dog is perfectly healthy.

No. Yorkies are not commodities. You are getting a friend for life, and if he's/she's as healthy as the breeder claims, and they are a good representation of the breed, the pup is worth the wait.
It's not like when you order a pizza and if it's not there in 30 mins, it's free.
