Walk away...quickly....better yet...RUN AWAY!!
I knew nothing about Yorkies in January when I decided I was going to finally get one. THANK GOD the byb (didn't know that term at the time) couldn't get a health certificate (duh...her puppies weren't healthy). She kept telling me different stories each day.
I was so mad that I couldn't get my puppy, she stalled me for 2 1/2 weeks, I decided to check out the AKC website.
I found a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL breeder and my puppy is soooo much cuter and HEALTHY than the woman who kept giving me stories.
When she was finally old enough to come home to me, he had me meet him at his vet so I could have her checked out. He was so thorough and always checks on us and wants to see pictures of how Jazi's doing.
Trust your instinct. As much as you want a puppy, don't support byb and brokers. |
