I wouldn't buy the first yorkie that you run into. Buying a Yorkie isnt like buying a purse. You cant "return" the puppy if he is sick.
Sounds very shady and the guy doesnt sound like he cares who buys the puppy, he just wants to make some cash,
I honestly think you need to do some research, look into some REAL breeders that care about their puppies and raise them with love, attention, and make sure they are healthy.
Its a good chance you will have more problems than what you are willing to put up with, if you buy a puppy from this "guy".
