14. Any additional information you want to add: Charlie is a Parti color carrier and such a sweet boy. He uses the doggie door to go out and uses a pad if we are not home. He probably won't get much over 4.5 lbs. Has never been around kids, none here.
He has never been put in a crate or a kennel. Was in a xpen when he was smaller with his littermates but hasn't been back in one since they went to their new homes. He thinks he's a big dog so I don't tell him any different. The right home is a must, we think he is such a special little guy.
