You may not want to hear that you should get a different breeder but you really should because it sounds like a puppy broker. That is what I got my yorkie Callie from before I knew about puppymills and brokers, most brokers get there puppys from puppymills. Even if the puppy looks healthy when you see it doesn't mean anything before a vet sees it or even what problems it will have in the future. Callie has grade luxating patella in both back legs, mild collapsing trachea, and the vet believes possible arthritis in her back. Also when we first got her she ended up with diarrhea that turned to her pooping blood.
