They all sound good to me. I am surprised, however, that your little guy will even eat celery. I'm sure it won't hurt your Yorkie - but (correct me if I'm wrong) --I don't think it has any nutritional value. This doesn't necessarily make it bad - and, in fact, it might be a fun thing for your dog to chew on.
I've never had a dog that would eat celery ---they just turn up their noses and don't like it!

I feed my Yorkie dry dog food and safe human food. No junk food - fried foods, a lot of fat, candy, cookies, -- stuff like that. He eats Iams, vegetables, chicken, meat, cheese, rice, eggs - and many other things.
