Yes, I have this book and it is great. I also got another that goes week by week through pregnancy. I am trying to eat well, but the nausea has me working to find things that are appetizing. I am pretty much vegeterian right now because the thought of meat gags me. I have always loved a good steak, but I will take a plain potato over that now.
I discovered the preggo pops today, and they are helping.

I go back to the Dr. for follow-up blood work and am praying my progesterone levels will be up.
