We had this problem when our LucyBelle was about 4-5 months....I searched online and did this...
She'd bite. I'd say "ouch!!", give her a toy or chewy to bite instead, cross my arms and turn away from her. The whole family was on board and all followed the same thing. Within a week, she knew what OUCH meant and had stopped the random biting.
