YHR had a little girl come in a few months ago who had also been hit by a car and experienced similar symptoms. She's slowly but surely recovering. (You can read about Gabby's progress in Ladyjane's ongoing thread in the Rescue forum). Gabby needed:
Surgery
Physical therapy at least once or twice a month
Medications (pain, anti-inflamatory, antibiotic, etc.)
Bladder/bowel expressing daily
Time
Lots of love and attention
I know I'm probably missing a lot, but you could contact Ladyjane for me details. You have to be prepared though - the longer this little guy goes without proper care, the less likely a full recovery will be.
