Advantage isn't the best when talking about growth regulation and stopping the life cycle (unless using Advantage II).

There is no difference between Comfortis and Trifexis for flea control. It's just that Trifexis has an extra ingredient to prevent heartworms. Spinosad, the active ingredient in both, is an adulticide. You will still have some life cycle issues with it.

I would do Frontline Plus on all of your pups for at least three months while vacuuming often and washing everything. If Frontline doesn't work in your area, then you could do Advantage II, Advantage and Program, etc.
