These people are buying dogs "site-unseen" and without any REAL knowledge of the parents of the puppy. They're just told that the "breeder" tested the parents and both parents are purebred, and they believe them and shell out almost $2k for a mutt that they could easily find at a shelter for the nice low price of about $40 maybe more depending on the area and what kind of shelter it is... |
