We just picked a voice command and a hand signal for each trick we did, and did it over and over and over with him! At first I would give him the treat when he was in the right position, and I would slowly become more picky/strict on when he would get the treat, so he started working harder to please me to get it. (Does that make sense?) Anyway, we just practice a lot b/c I looooove showing off my smart, smart, smart puppy! |
