yeah i wouldn't worry about it. just make sure you go to a vet who knows what he/she's doing.

when maxi got spayed she got a couple teeth pulled as well as 2 hernias removed. she had a 6 inch incision stapled down her belly for about a month! it was sad to see those staples on such a small dog, but she is bigger, stronger, and healthier than ever!
