I called the hubby at work (he is a cabinet specialist at Lowe's) and told him to work up some ideas for ramps or steps for us before he leaves for the day.
Until they would be ready the laundry basket and step stool is a good idea. I don't honestly want him out of our bed, I just want him to be safe.
