I wish I had a grooming area instead of the kitchen sink & counter. Kicker is...my house had one when I bought it. The original builder/owners showed poodles and had a 4ft long, raised bath (never seen one that size before) and built in table for grooming in the basement. Unfortunately the basement leaked water horribly, and everything had to be ripped out & concrete cracked up and new drain tile installed. I didn't have a dog at the time, and didn't give it a second thought as I hauled everything out to the curb
