Not tearing her hair out or anything, just itchy. No fleas, etc. Could this be from the food? We go back to the vet on the 28th, so if there is no relief by then Im going to talk to her and see what she says. Thanks. Oh and I forgot to mention she has some eye booger issues going on , so this is why I am thinking its the food???
Royal Canine is not that bad of a food. However, your girl's itching could be caused by the food. It happened to a couple of my girls...per my vet nutritionists a sure fire way to find out if it is the food is take her off of it..put her on a steamed rice and white fish diet. Give a bath with an anti itching medicated shampoo, make sure after you rinse follow up with a 1 part vinegar to 10 parts water rinse to make sure that you have removed all the soap.

If her itching is uncontrollable I'd get her into the vets for meds; until you get the itching under control.

it could be the chicken or the grains with Royal Canin, you may have to switch to a grain free food.
