I didn't plan Levi's name at all...he came with it, responded to it, and I liked it. So easy.
I'll occasionally hear a name I like and think "Nice dog name!" but I don't really have any names planned for future dogs. If/when I decide to add another pet, I'm sure I'll become obsessive about what names I like.
I don't think Quaid is a stupid name for a dog at all! I like that it's a little different.
