Princess has been very difficult to potty train, up until the last couple of months she has been some what less difficult to train.
I always use positive reinforcement & I believe that is what has got us this far. You can't be mad at a child, maybe frustrated, but not angry & I feel the same way about her.
I think I've only ever been mad at her when she ruins/chews something of importance...I'll yell at her that that's naughty, then about 10 seconds later I'm saying "Oh, Princess, it's alright, you couldn't help it, it should've been put up, blah, blah, blah!". If non-dog lovers heard/saw me they would think I'm crazy! ....maybe they're right!
