I really appreciate your kind words and the poem. Should give her a copy of it. Its hard not to associate with them because they are on the staff along with us and my husband is ministering in our pastor's absence. He had a stroke and will not be coming back. So, its hard not to associate with them, but, I have just made up my mind I will not mention my babies again. We were just leaving and I just made the comment that yes we did need to go. She made another comment one time when we with them. My husband thinks her husband doesn't want her to have a dog and that she may just be acting like that because of the way he feels. Don't know.... But, people never cease to amaze ya! She would really think we were bonkers if she knew how we treated and loved them. lol!!!!! Dementia is a very hard thing to deal with, but, we will until its her time to go.
