We had our first doctor's appointment today. I am 8 weeks and 4 days. My due date is November 25th! (My dh informed me this is the best hunting day of the year.

We had an ultrasound and were able to see and hear the heartbeat. This was such an amazing experience. It literally took my breath when we heard the fast beating. We are both big softies and just could not believe what we were seeing. Of course, right now the baby looks like a bean with sprouts but it was a beautiful little bean
