My neighbor's Pitbull jumped or crawled over their Cox fence. Unless they have a really high and well-constructed, well-maintained fence, a big dog can find a way out. So sad and probably the dogs will be the ones to pay the ultimate price besides your friend and her family due to bad breeding and/or owner neglect.
