My Miko got urine burn when he was hospitalized back in April because he was on a urinary catheter and I guess maybe some of it leaked and he got urine burn...My vet had me put desitin on it when we took him home. You might want to ask your vet if that would be okay. Make sure your vet says it's okay to do that first though. Hope this helps.
