I'm so sorry your friend was attacked, I will say a prayer for her. What a scarey thing to have happen. I hope she will be ok.
Some people should not own dogs. And my heart breaks for the poor dogs who were not properly cared for and socialized. They will pay the ultimate price for their owner's neglect.
