I am a home cooker, so things are slightly different but for the most part, my dogs eat the same exact meals every day. Their snacks and vegetables are rotated and varied but their meals are the same. You could add fresh vegetables like green beans to your dog's food which will give variation and not change the diet significantly. Veggies usually only add water, fiber and a sense of fullness. Mine love green beans, zucchini, carrots, celery, broccoli, bell peppers.
