I've had several different breeds that I've either owned or fostered when I worked at a no-kill shelter .... Schipperke, Rottie/Shep mix, Australian Shep/Border Collie mix, Shih Tzu, my bf has a Cavalier/Cocker mix - nice dog but lots of issues, and of course Yorkies. I will never actively seek to own any other breed in the future - Yorkies are by far my favorite breed.
That being said, I fostered an English Bulldog who was recovering from entropian surgery years ago and she was an absolute DOLL! So, if all of the yorkies in the world disappeared, I suppose I would get an English Bulldog.
