 Cotton hair is starting to curl at 5years old
Rocky's hair has always been a little cottony, but in the past year or so it is becoming curly and thicker. I read a post about using a thinning shears and that looks like a good start, but does anyone have any ideas about getting the curl to lay down on his forelocks? Blow drying helps a bit for a few days.
