basically it's a rescue. the dog belongs to them but lives in my home with me. they pay for all her health care and food and needs and i simply do the running to the vet and taking care of her! it's a wonderful option if you can't afford to adopt another dog but want to help out somehow and open your home and heart to one more. fostering is lots of fun and rewarding but it's hard to let them go
