I strongly agree.

Also, when she does use the piddle pad correctly, be sure to praise profusely. Never stop giving praise. With my 2 boys, I still throw parties, "Good boy! Woohoo! That's my good puppy!" I still give them a kibble intermittently to reward them. They love the positive attention, so I don't they would dream of pottying in the wrong place.
