My 4 year old Pippin has IBD. He was diagnosed last year. I cook oatmeal and tilapia for him. Once in a while he gets some cooked veggies. I have found that if he gets a little food about every 4-5 hours he doesn't seem to spit up bile. He just got off 4 months of prednisone so I worry about him having an episode.
