It's not corney at all. I've been on here for about only 2 months so I'm just starting to kind of recognize some people's names in the threads and PM and friend request them when I notice something in common with them or vice versa. Like someone else said, just jump in lol. As anyone who recognizes my profile name probably is already starting to learn, I definatly have a "gift for gab"
(as my dh will attest to)and I sometimes get carried away and send these LONG PMs lol. I would love to go to a meet up one of these days (I'm in NE PA)
and I'm sure that has helped alot of people here bond. The other thing I've been doing to "make friends" is going through the pictures and videos sections and as someone else mentioned, the non-yorkie and "other" threads. I made friends with a fellow Twilight fan lol (hi ErinsWhitney
) on a thread about "how did you name your Yorkie".
