A wooden spoon can splinter into pieces that could damage her organs or even pierce them. I would be taking her to the vet ASAP. this is nothing to mess around with. Did she eat the wood or ust chew it off? No matter what she needs to be seen by a vet right away. not trying to scare you but she could bleed internally from the wood pieces . take her now.
